  After providing meat to our members in the Louisville, KY area for the past two years we've heard a lot of reasons why people think our CSA is a great fit for their families. It amazes us how such a diverse group of people can find it so perfect for them. So I figured I'd write a few blogs describing these benefits from some of the feedback we've received so far. Slow Roasted Cuban Pork Shoulder

The Boston Butt is a favorite cut of meat for smoking and making pulled pork bbq sandwiches. But when we sane mortals declare no intention of waking up at 2AM in order to meticulously watch over a smoker, so that dinner can be on the table by six, alternatives have to be presented. This recipe is fairly easy to pull off, and can be massaged into your schedule with some planning in advance.
