This is a non-refundable deposit for a half pig. Our whole hog butchering program runs from late September, through March. Whole and half animals will be distributed in the order that deposits were taken.  Please feel free to let us know if you have any questions or requests. Whole and half hogs will be distributed in a first come, first served manner. Wait time can be anywhere from one to three months. Email us for current availability.

Delivery within the immediate vicinity of Louisville, KY and New Albany, IN will require an additional $40 fee. Otherwise, all hogs may be picked up at Boone's Butcher Shop in Bardstown, KY.
