That said, beef takes a long time to raise. So we're offering these shares in advance to help you lock in your price, and access and to help us grow our herd while the grass is growing! Think of it as an investment in local agriculture, in your freezer and health, in your resilience, and against further inflation of things that can't be printed.
The Rundown
We've included a variety of juicy steaks and dogs that are perfect for the grill, and you'll have plenty of ground beef to stock the freezer for chili, tacos, burgers, spaghetti and more. And the slow-cooker lover will be covered with hearty roasts short ribs and stew meat. Lastly, we've included two of our all-beef MSG-free Bologna! These firm, smoked, ready-to-eat sausages are perfect for a picnic, sandwiches, or a charcuterie board.
The Groce Family Farm 1/4th Beef Box is perfect for individuals or families who need help meal planning or are serious about eating nutrient-packed pasture beef throughout the week. You'll get to enjoy a little bit of everything with this 1/4th cow bundle. It includes about 70 lbs, or 226 portions at 30% off our retail price! Here's what's in the box:
