Our butcher uses his own blend of spices, plus our pastured, GMO-free pastured pork to make this hot-smoked andouille rope sausage. With ample Cajun spices, our andouille sausage goes great in many dishes from beans and rice, to gumbo and beyond! Each package contains approximately 1.1 pounds of andouille sausage in a beef collagen casing. Though hot-smoked, the product is not fully cooked.
All of our pork comes from heritage hogs raised on our farm's rotating pastures and woods, without any GMO's or chemicals.
