Our butcher uses his own blend of spices, plus our 100% grass-fed beef to make this fully cooked, smoked, ready to eat Bologna. Each package of our Beef Bologna contains approximately 15-16 oz of sandwich-sized, slice-able cured and fully cooked sausage. This fully cooked cold bologna will remind you of a beefy summer sausage and you'll love it on your next meat and cheese board, or part of the best sandwich ever!
All of our beef is raised on our farm's rotating pastures, without any GMO's, grain or chemicals.
