Forest Pork Bologna

Our butcher uses his own blend of spices, plus our pastured, GMO-free pastured pork to make this fully cooked, smoked, ready to eat Bologna. Each package of Country Bologna contains approximately 15-16 oz of sandwich-sized, slice-able bologna, to fry with an egg and english muffin, or for your next cold cut sandwich. Our 11 oz packs of Ring Bologna are perfect for slicing and putting on a cracker or your next charcuterie board. Eat bologna cold on your next meat and cheese board, or slice off a big slab, fry it in a skillet and eat it on a brioche bun for the best sandwich ever!

 All of our pork comes from heritage hogs raised on our farm's rotating pastures and woods, without any GMO's or chemicals.
