Our heritage breed pigs' access to forest and pasture really comes out in these chops. With the perfect balance of marbled meat and nutrient-dense fat, you'll quickly understand why letting animals exercise and have fresh forages every week is good for the pigs and for you. Our thick cut, pastured pork bone-in chops are approximately 11-18 oz each, and about 1" thick.
All of our pork comes from hogs raised on our farm's rotating pastures and woods, without any GMO's or chemicals.
